About the role:

Vevolution is set to embark on an exciting growth phase building upon the success of the Vevolution platform and growth of the community over the past 8 months.

The new CEO will be a visionary leader with a passion for the plant-based and cell-based movement. You will be comfortable building alliances and have a clear understanding of scaling technology platforms.

You will have a strong commercial sense and be highly motivated by achieving growth metrics.

You will be supported by a strong board composed of Vevolution partners and the Founders of Vevolution Damien Clarkson and Judy Nadel who will take up board positions.

You will be joining a team of high profile entrepreneurs and investors who are building the leading ecosystem for all things plant-based and cell-tech business.

Over the next 12 months Vevolution will embark on an epic growth plan building upon the huge initial success of our ecosystem that has seen us acquire over 2000 users and received over 400+ investment rounds and recruited industry leading investors to use our investment tool.

We are looking for an all-rounder with a strong background in developing and executing strategic growth plans.

You will be passionate about the plant-based and cell-tech movements and ideally have a strong understanding of the needs of startups and investors operating in the plant-based and cell-tech space.

This is an opportunity to join Vevolution and make a radical difference to the lives of founders, investors and ultimately the planet by driving forward the growth of this platform and in-turn the whole plant-based and cell-based movement. 

Responsibility for

• Leading the development of short term and long term business growth strategy .
• Recruiting, managing and evaluating the performance of Vevoluton team members.
• Implementing a growth marketing plan
• Responsible for developing commercial strategy and overseeing its successful implementation
• Building the Vevolution brand globally and maximizing growth opportunities.
• Full responsibility for Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A)
• Oversee the commercial health of the business providing regular feedback and reports to the Vevolution board.
• Representing the Vevolution brand publicly in the press and at speaking events.
• Positioning Vevolution at the forefront of plant-based and cell-based business movement globally.

Details:

Full time time role but open for negotiation. Fully remote. Applications will be accepted from US, UK, EU, etc. Position preferred to be based near team in Colorado (USA), London, or Amsterdam.

Experience of raising investment rounds and managing investor relations preferred. Experience in fintech, SaaS, Food-Tech or related field preferred. 

Salary: 

• £50,000-£90,000
• Negotiable + share option scheme available
